Cancellation Policy
Jessie.does.myhair policy for booking: 24-Hour Cancellation Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result a charge of 40% of the scheduled service. No-Show If you do not show for your appointment scheduled, the credit card on file will charged 50% of your scheduled service or paid before scheduling another appointment. If you do not show up a second time. You will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. Late Arrival If you are running late, please message me (678)-230-8586. More than 15 minutes past original appointment may require to be rescheduled and a charge of 40% will be applied to the card on file Redos i offer a 7 day grace period if you aren’t happy with the results. *Only small changes or adjustments. Fees A 3.5% processing fee applies to all card payments. To avoid this fee, I recommend paying by cash or Zelle. For your convenience i also accept: Apple Pay, Card, cash, and Zelle
